1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by OneTen Platform Demo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

OneTen Platform Demo provides the following services:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Web hosting and maintenance
  • Content management system (CMS)
  • Ongoing technical support
  • Monthly content updates (based on your plan)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable prior notice.

3. Payments and Billing

Subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis. Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is due in advance each month
  • Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
  • No refunds are offered for partial service periods
  • Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content you provide and the custom design of your website. However:

  • Underlying frameworks, templates, and tooling remain the property of OneTen Platform Demo
  • Third-party software licenses are subject to their respective terms
  • OneTen Platform Demo reserves the right to showcase your website as a portfolio reference, unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. Limitation of Liability

OneTen Platform Demo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Downtime beyond our service level agreement

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • With 30 days' written notice
  • Immediately if the other party materially breaches these terms

Upon termination, we will provide a copy of your website files and content. Hosting services will cease at the end of the current billing period.
